At Slatology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
14-Day Return Period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Products that have been installed or altered.
• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number.
• Photos of the product and packaging.
• A brief explanation of the issue.
We'll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
